I had a blast upgrading Petnificent's online pet grooming experience. I set out to boost the site's user-friendliness, charm, and overall customer joy! Although the local shop initially loved the redesign, they ultimately chose not to move forward. Nevertheless, I'm excited to share my creative process with you!
